World War One and Russian Civil War period toy soldiers.

The World War One (1914-1918) – one of the largest wars in the history. The participating countries were divided into two opposing camps – the Central Powers: the German, Austro-Hungarian, Ottoman Empires, the Bulgarian Kingdom and the Entente (Triple Alliance): the Russian Empire, the British Empire, the French Republic. The war served as a prologue and detonator to the February and October revolutions of 1917 in Russia, after which the Russian Civil War began.
